We are looking for an independent, analytical and result-oriented person who would be able to ensure effective recruitment, successful onboarding, reduce employee turnover and manage personnel costs.
What you will be responsible for
- You will manage employee selection processes and ensure timely team building.
- You will improve the onboarding process and assess its effectiveness.
- You will analyze employee turnover, identify causes and implement employee retention solutions.
- You will plan and control the personnel budget, payroll and other personnel-related costs.
- You will monitor personnel indicators (KPI), analyze results and provide specific proposals for improving indicators.
- You will cooperate with regional managers, help solve team management issues.
- Together with the company manager, you will form an effective operating model for the personnel function.
- You will coordinate occupational safety and health (OSH) processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, control the administration of mandatory training, briefings, health checks and related documentation.
- You will develop, review and improve processes related to personnel management, prepare internal procedures, orders and other documents regulating personnel activities, ensure their compliance with legal acts and practical implementation.
- You will initiate and implement personnel management projects and process improvement initiatives that increase the efficiency of the organization's activities.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education in the fields of business management, labor law or human resources.
- Experience in managing personnel processes and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with personnel indicators and budgets.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Ability to see the big picture of the organization, set priorities and achieve measurable results.
- Initiative, responsibility and constructive cooperation with managers.
