Backstage Café is looking for a full-time HR Manager.
We are a specialty coffee place that values quality service, a good atmosphere and a strong team. We are looking for someone who would take care of our employees, be able to independently organize personnel work and ensure smooth team work at all Backstage Café locations.
Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- Organizing and supervising smooth work at all Backstage Café locations.
- Ensuring a sufficient number of employees according to the workload and needs of the cafes.
- Searching for, selecting employees and making independent decisions regarding their employment.
- Creating and supervising shift and work schedules.
- Organizing the introduction and training of new employees.
- Supervision of the training and quality of work of baristas, hall, kitchen and other employees.
- Supervision of daily cafe activities and service levels.
- Monitoring employee competencies, motivation and quality of work.
- Assisting the team in daily activities and resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinating vacations, sick leave, and other personnel issues.
- Ensuring team culture and common work standards across all locations.
Employee requirements
- Experience in leading people, organizing work or coordinating a team would be an advantage, but experience in the service field is not necessary.
- You are responsible, organized and able to independently plan and coordinate work.
- You are able to properly distribute tasks, monitor their implementation and ensure that the work is completed on time.
- You are communicative, able to communicate with different people and resolve emerging situations.
- You are engaging, not afraid to take responsibility and are result-oriented.
- You are able to work in a team and maintain a good atmosphere even in intense times.
- You are interested in the specialty coffee culture or want to get to know it more deeply.
- You value stability, loyalty and long-term cooperation.
