What tasks will be prioritized:

Strategic planning of team formation and filling, organization of selections and ensuring smooth adaptation of employees.

Coordination of personnel administration processes and management of employment relations documentation.

Coordination of the implementation of the document management system and ensuring its effective functionality.

Development, administration and continuous improvement of the motivation system.

Monitoring and updating the relevance of job descriptions and employee functions according to the needs of the organization.

Preparation, updating of internal procedures, policies and other internal documents and control of their implementation.

Monitoring of employee safety and health processes and ensuring preventive measures.

Implementation of employee welfare initiatives, strengthening of internal culture and organization of company events.

We are looking for someone for whom the HR field is more than just a job – for whom people, teams and meaningful work together are important.

We hope that you:

have a higher education (human resources management, labor law would be an advantage);

have accumulated experience in the field of personnel administration and employee selection;

are well-versed in the legal acts regulating employment relations and are able to practically apply them in everyday situations;

communicate easily with different people, are able to build trust-based relationships;

are responsible, positive, proactive and have the ability to work independently and in an organized manner;

are confident with various digital tools, love to communicate and have the necessary skills for this.

What else is important:

We provide the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days a week - trust and flexibility are important to us.

There may be business trips at work, so we expect openness to trips and live communication with the team.

Daily communication will require spoken English and Russian, so it is important to feel comfortable communicating.
