What will your responsibilities look like:
- You will conduct candidate selections, conduct interviews and assess their professional competencies, experience and suitability for the organization;
- You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process;
- You will ensure compliance of personnel processes and documentation with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts;
- You will prepare documents related to personnel administration;
- You will strengthen the organizational culture, consult employees on personnel issues, help resolve conflict situations and ensure smooth communication between employees and management;
- You will consult department heads on personnel administration, labor law, employee management and organizational development issues;
- You will initiate and implement personnel projects and internal initiatives promoting employee engagement;
- You will ensure smooth and effective implementation of personnel processes and their continuous improvement;
- You will administer, implement and improve personnel management processes and personnel management systems;
- You will analyze personnel indicators, provide insights and recommendations to the organization's managers for making personnel management decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of human resources;
- Experience in conducting employee selections, administering recruitment, changes in employment relationships and dismissal processes;
- Good knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Ability to effectively plan work, manage priorities and work within deadlines;
- Initiative, orientation towards results and continuous improvement of processes;
- Responsibility, diligence and organization;
- Ability to independently create and improve processes, structure information and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, the ability to build trust-based relationships with employees and managers.
