Nature of work:
- Development, implementation and implementation of human resources strategy;
- Fostering organizational culture and shaping the employer's image;
- Personnel planning, search and selection;
- Employee education/training, career identification, development of management competencies and leadership;
- Management and analysis of employee performance;
- Implementation and implementation of a motivational system;
- Development of human resources procedures/orders and administration of management tools;
- Improvement of personnel management processes taking into account business needs;
- Management of employee motivational systems, payroll and time accounting;
- Cooperation with the company's management team, consulting on personnel management issues;
- Organization of company events and coordination of holidays.
If you:
- Have a higher education (in the field of human resources management, psychology or management);
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and follow it in labor relations;
- Have experience in the position of personnel manager or manager (ideally in an international company);
- Have experience with the BSS IT program - a great advantage;
- Are constantly interested in good human resources management practices;
- Able to initiate and manage changes;
- Have good communication and cooperation skills;
- Have a positive attitude, initiative and result orientation;
- Have strong empathy, able to manage crisis situations;
- Have good computer literacy;
- Have good command of English (written and spoken).
