Personnel Manager (s)

Ensure smooth and efficient work of the personnel department.
Ensure smooth and efficient work of the administration team, recruitment of administrative staff, creation of the company's image.
Plan and coordinate the distribution of production staff in projects, taking into account needs and resources.
Ensure an effective personnel search, selection and employment process from start to finish.
Maintain personnel documentation and data in personnel management systems.
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
Operatively carry out other tasks assigned by managers.

At least 2 years of experience in personnel management, with leadership experience (MANDATORY).
Higher education.
Ability to plan and organize department activities, clearly delegate tasks, motivate the team.
Excellent document preparation, clerical and administrative skills.
Ability to work in a team, promptly resolve emerging situations and make decisions independently.
Analytical skills and orientation towards data-based decisions.
Initiative, responsibility, result orientation, attention to detail and good communication skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office or other basic programs).
Excellent knowledge of Russian and English, both verbally and in writing.
