Nature of work:
F.ORGEDOT is looking for a competent, responsible and organized HR manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing HR processes, ensuring employee well-being and forming and implementing HR strategy.
- Developing and implementing HR strategy and improving processes.
- Coordination of HR planning, selection and employee adaptation processes.
- Administration of labor relations and management of employee documentation.
- Consulting employees on HR issues, resolving conflict situations and ensuring effective communication between employees and management.
- Creation, implementation and maintenance of a motivational system.
- Organization, coordination and control of the activities of the HR department.
- Preparation, updating of occupational safety, internal procedures and other internal documents and supervision of their implementation.
- Organization of employee training and ensuring occupational safety requirements.
- Representation of the company's interests in state institutions.
- Implementation of employee welfare initiatives, organization of internal events and company holidays.
- Administration and coordination of third-country nationals recruitment processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel management.
- Experience in administering recruitment procedures for third-country nationals.
- Higher education in the field of psychology.
- Good knowledge of labor law, personnel administration and occupational safety.
- Ability to effectively manage conflict situations and make decisions.
- Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and result-oriented.
- Good computer skills.
