About the company:

Gridin's Group is an international group of companies that has been implementing shipbuilding, repair, metal structure production and installation projects throughout Europe for more than 20 years. The company is constantly expanding its activities, working with international clients and strengthening its team, therefore it is looking for an HR manager who sees personnel management as an important part of the business and wants to contribute to the growth of the organization.

What will your day look like:

  • You will be a reliable partner for managers in planning the formation of specialized teams according to various directions of the company's activities and in solving personnel issues.
  • You will improve the systematic distribution of tasks and responsibilities in the personnel department.
  • You will organize the search and selection of specialists of various levels in Lithuania and abroad, taking into account current trends and promising business opportunities.
  • You will participate in the preparation of the company's strategic budgets, and in the consideration and implementation of new directions of the company's activities.
  • You will create and improve the processes of employee adaptation, performance evaluation, education and motivation.
  • You will analyze personnel indicators, assess the reasons for employee turnover and propose solutions to increase the efficiency of the organization.
  • You will follow the labor and migration law requirements and their changes in Lithuania and other countries where the company operates.
  • You will cooperate with lawyers and external partners on international employment, employee posting, and other issues related to employee mobility.
  • You will contribute to strengthening the organizational culture and improving personnel processes.

You will do great if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in personnel management.
  • You have worked in a manufacturing, construction, engineering or project environment.
  • You are well-versed in Lithuanian labor law, and experience in international labor law or employee posting would be a great advantage.
  • You are able to see not only personnel processes, but also business needs.
  • You are not afraid to make decisions, initiate changes and take responsibility.
  • You communicate fluently in English and Russian.
