As the organization grows, we are looking for a HR Manager who will shape the HR strategy, create effective HR processes and help ensure that the growth of people and competencies meets the needs of the business. In this position, you will be a strategic partner to managers, strengthen the organization's culture and employee engagement.

• Higher education and at least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel management
• Management experience in managing organizational changes
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Creative approach and ability to find effective, non-standard personnel management solutions
• Flexibility, analytical thinking and ability to act independently in a growing organization
