Nature of work
Organization of the activities of the personnel department and team management:
Management of employee recruitment and dismissal processes
Administration of migration and foreign employees
Management of procedures and internal procedures
Representation and cooperation
Reports and analysis
Prepare activity reports, submit proposals for efficiency.
- Lead the team, plan and control the activities of the department, distribute tasks and set priorities;
- Resolve complex issues, initiate process improvement, organize meetings;
- Control documents related to secondment.
Management of employee recruitment and dismissal processes
- Coordinate selections, make decisions on candidates;
- Control the preparation of employment contracts and procedures for hiring, transferring and dismissing employees;
- Supervise personnel documentation, advise managers on labor law issues.
Administration of migration and foreign employees
- Organize the receipt of residence and work permits, prepare and submit documents to institutions, control the validity periods of permits;
- Cooperate with the Migration Department, Employment Service, resolve non-standard issues.
Management of procedures and internal procedures
- Review, update and prepare personnel procedures and instructions;
- Ensure compliance with legal acts, implement good practices.
Representation and cooperation
- Represent the company in relations with employees, in institutions, during audits and labor disputes;
- Cooperate with lawyers, consultants and external partners.
Reports and analysis
Prepare activity reports, submit proposals for efficiency.
Employee requirements
Experience:
Knowledge:
Skills and personal qualities:
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of personnel management;
- At least 2 years of team management experience;
- Experience in organizing employee selection, recruitment and dismissal processes;
- Experience in working with migration processes and employment of foreign employees (an advantage).
Knowledge:
- Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and labor law practice;
- Migration processes and related legal acts;
- Employee secondment and international mobility procedures;
- Personnel administration and document management processes.
Skills and personal qualities:
- Ability to effectively plan one's time and priorities;
- Initiative, result-oriented;
- Ability to work with MS Excel, Word and Outlook programs;
- Knowledge of English and Russian.
