Personnel Manager (s)

We invite you to join a successful construction company operating in Lithuania and Germany. We are currently looking for a responsible, organized, communicative and independent specialist in their field.

• Ensuring the smooth running of the entire personnel management process:

organization and implementation of personnel search and selection;
coordination and administration of employee recruitment, training and other personnel management (vacation, business trips, working time accounting) processes;
preparation and adjustment of employment contracts, personal files, job regulations, procedures, and other related documents.

• Management and control of employee occupational safety and health documentation.
• Preparation of third-party employee employment documents and management of the entire process. Experience working with the Migration Department, Employment Service is required.
• Ordering and controlling A1 certificates.
• Organization and coordination of company vehicle insurance.
• Performance of other administrative tasks assigned by management.
