Sallaum Logistics is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager who would contribute to the development of HR processes from the ground up, the recruitment of drivers and other employees and the growth of a new team in Lithuania.
Sallaum Logistics is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager who would contribute to the development of HR processes from the ground up, the recruitment of drivers and other employees and the growth of a new team in Lithuania.
What will your responsibilities look like:
- You will coordinate the search, selection and employment of truck drivers, including candidates from foreign countries.
- You will ensure a smooth process of hiring and adapting drivers: document administration, coordination of visas, residence permits, code 95, arrival, accommodation and training
- You will develop, implement and improve personnel management processes: selection, adaptation, performance evaluation, development and employee engagement initiatives.
- You will advise managers on personnel management, employee motivation, retention and team building issues.
- You will contribute to strengthening the internal culture, employee loyalty and employer image.
- You will ensure compliance of personnel processes with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, requirements for the employment of foreigners, secondment and transport sector.
- You will carry out employee safety and health training and maintain related documentation.
- You will analyze key HR indicators and provide insights to management.
You will do great if:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in personnel management.
- You have worked in the field of transport, logistics or international driver recruitment.
- You are familiar with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the processes of hiring foreigners, secondment and driver documentation.
- You have occupational safety and health certificates or a qualification that allows you to independently instruct employees.
- You are able to independently create processes, structure information and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- You have experience in implementing or using digital HR tools, document management systems or selection solutions.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
