In this position you:

  • I will form and implement personnel management initiatives that contribute to the implementation of the company's business goals;
  • I will organize and ensure a smooth process of employee selection and new employee introduction;
  • I will ensure effective personnel document administration and process management;
  • I will plan the need for employee training, coordinate educational initiatives and their implementation;
  • I will consult with company managers and employees on labor law and personnel management issues;
  • I will coordinate employee safety and health processes in cooperation with an internal occupational safety specialist, ensure the implementation of the necessary documentation and processes;
  • I will analyze personnel indicators and labor market trends, initiate the improvement of personnel processes and contribute to strengthening the organizational culture.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in personnel management, personnel development or a similar field;
  • Have experience in leading people or coordinating team work;
  • Able to independently plan work, make decisions and take responsibility for the result;
  • You are proactive, focused on solutions and continuous improvement;
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Have strategic thinking, analytical skills and are able to see the big picture of the organization;
  • Have a good understanding of the basics of labor law;
  • Can communicate fluently in English.
