We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR manager who will contribute to the efficiency and smooth administration of the driver selection process.
Main responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate driver selection processes and conduct job interviews;
- Prepare job advertisements and administer effective candidate search channels (job portals, social networks, etc.);
- Continuous cooperation with the transport department team on personnel issues;
- Participate in the activities of other departments/units, ensuring a smooth driver training and adaptation process.
We hope you:
- You have successful work experience in the field of searching and selecting foreign employees;
- You have experience working with the MIGRIS system and are familiar with migration processes when recruiting long-distance drivers;
- You are fluent in English and Russian;
- You are sociable, enjoy communicating with people and are able to create a positive candidate experience;
- You are responsible, organized and able to work independently.
