What will you do in this position:

🏢 Office Administration

  • You will ensure smooth daily office operations and take care of office maintenance;
  • Coordinate the reception of guests and organize meetings in the office;
  • Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence in the BSS system;
  • Take care of orderly document administration and archiving;
  • Organize internal company events and initiatives;
  • Cooperate with external service providers and coordinate their services.

👥 Personnel Administration

  • You will prepare and administer personnel documents (Employment contracts, orders, certificates, etc.) in the BSS system;
  • Administer employee hiring, replacement and dismissal processes;
  • Keep employee vacation, business trips and other personnel records;
  • Organize employee selections and coordinate the entire selection process;
  • Cooperate with the occupational safety consultant in administering employee safety and health documentation;
  • Provide assistance and advice to managers and employees on personnel administration issues.

You will do great if:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in personnel and office administration;
  • You are familiar with the personnel administration process and are able to independently administer personnel documentation;
  • You are well versed in the principles of document preparation, clerical work and document management;
  • You are able to think analytically and logically, plan work and set priorities;
  • You are familiar with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • Experience working with the BSS business management system is an advantage.

Salary

From 1200 €/mon. net
  • This is the minimum salary range for this position. The final salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and work experience.
