We are looking for someone who will take care of personnel selection and administration processes, contribute to the smooth operation of the office and become an important part of our team.
We are looking for someone who will take care of personnel selection and administration processes, contribute to the smooth operation of the office and become an important part of our team.
Primary responsibilities
Organize employee selections and coordinate the entire selection process - from posting an advertisement, interviews to onboarding and training a new employee;
Cooperate with employment agencies and temporary employment platforms;
Carry out the selection of temporary employees and train them in the workplace;
Administer all documentation related to temporary employees;
Prepare and administer personnel documents (employment contracts, introduction to work procedures);
Cooperate with the occupational safety consultant in administering occupational safety and health documentation;
Organize periodic employee training;
Ensure smooth daily office operations and office maintenance;
Communicate with service providers - cleaning, office rental, etc.;
Ensure orderly document administration and archiving;
Contribute to the organization of internal group events and initiatives, and the preparation of procedures.

You will do great if:
Have experience in employee selection;
You are familiar with the personnel administration process;
You are familiar with the principles of document preparation, clerical work and document management;
You are able to think analytically and logically, plan work and set priorities;
Knowledge of occupational safety and health or experience working with temporary employment companies is an advantage;
You are fascinated by the idea of working in an organization where people are trusted and decisions are made in a team - we work on the principles of self-management.
