PERSONNEL MANAGER (WORK WITH ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES)

BTL Group unites over 3000 employees in more than 50 companies operating in the sectors of international freight forwarding and forwarding, real estate, accommodation, ferry, bridge and tunnel ticket sales. We are currently inviting a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join the team in Kaunas.

HR Systems and Data Management:

• Administer and develop the personnel management system (ERP);
• Ensure the quality and relevance of employee, position, organizational structure and other HR data;
• Coordinate changes, testing and implementation of new functionality in HR systems;
• Collaborate with IT, finance, payroll and other teams to resolve systemic issues;
• Contribute to the improvement of system integrations and HR data flows.

Access and Rights Management:

• Coordinate the process of granting, changing and revoking employee access and system rights;
• Oversee the process of managing rights related to positions and roles;
• Collaborate with managers and IT, ensuring that rights management is clear, controlled and effective;

People Analytics:

• Prepare HR reports and analyses;
• Analyze the number of employees, FTE, turnover, labor costs, structure and other HR indicators;
• Look for connections between people metrics and business results;
• Help the HR team move from “we have data” to “what does this data tell us and what decision should we make?”;
• Contribute to the improvement of HR Power BI reports.

AI, automation and process efficiency:

• Look for where we can meaningfully use AI and automation solutions in HR processes;
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest how to automate them;
• Test new tools and assess their applicability in the organization;
• Help the team practically use technologies in everyday work.

HR processes and administration:

• Administer part of the administrative staff recruitment, change of employment relationships and training processes;
• Prepare and update personnel documents, processes, procedures and position information;
• Consult with employees and managers on personnel administration issues;
• Participate in HR processes and organizational projects;
• You will contribute to the standardization of processes across the entire group of companies.

We don't need you to know everything. It's much more important that you are interested in understanding how processes, data and systems work - and how they can be made better.

We hope that you:

• Have experience in HR, HRIS, People Analytics, HR Operations or a similar field;
• Understand the basic processes of personnel administration and the logic of labor relations;
• You enjoy working with systems, data and processes;
• Are able to analyze information and draw clear, business-friendly conclusions from data;
• Are interested in AI, automation and other technological solutions;
• Are able to independently identify a problem and propose a solution;
• Are meticulous, but at the same time see not only the detail, but also the whole process;
• Can communicate fluently in English.

We will consider experience with: Power BI, ERP / HRIS, Avilius, Jira, AI tools, data analytics, system integrations or process automation as a great advantage.

2046-2810 €/mon. gross
Salary is discussed during the interview and depends on the competencies.
