We are WP Solutions, a rapidly growing company established in 2023, working on the employment of foreign citizens and handling all necessary documents. We are currently recruiting a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join our driver administration team.
Nature of practice:
- Preparation of personnel documents for employees from third countries and process management;
- Working with the Migration Department and other institutions, submission of necessary documents;
- Solving emerging issues;
- Communication between departments;
- Providing suggestions to management on process improvement;
- Consulting drivers.
Requirements:
- Higher/higher education;
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English and Russian, written and spoken (from B2 level);
- Attentiveness, diligence; willingness to learn.
