- Preparation and administration of personnel documents;
- Administration, preparation, extension of documents of third-country nationals;
- Coordination of the recruitment process, selection of employees (drivers and administration);
- Continuous communication/maintenance of contact with drivers;
- Preparation of personnel reports;
- Management of the occupational safety and health process;
- Creating the employer's image in cooperation with department colleagues;
- Participation in projects to improve the activities of the personnel department;
- Performance of other tasks related to the field of human resources.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with drivers;
- Good command of Russian;
- Good computer skills;
- Organization, communication skills, efficiency and result orientation;
- Ability to solve problems.
