Your daily activities at work would be:
Actively seek new, non-standard channels for attracting drivers and ways to find potential candidates;
Monitor the driver market, trends and adjust driver search methods accordingly;
Preparation and administration of personnel documents;
Administration, preparation, extension of documents for third-country nationals, etc.;
Coordination of the employee recruitment process;
Constant communication, provision of information and maintaining friendly relations with drivers;
Preparation of personnel reports and responsibility for their area of activity.

What do we expect from you:
Higher education;
More than 2 years of similar work experience in an international transportation company;
Creativity in finding ways to find and attract new drivers;
Deep understanding of the specifics of the driver shortage and active search for them through various means;
Experience in employing third-country nationals: preparation of documents, administration, etc.;
Monitoring, controlling and timely updating of employee documents;
Constant professional and respectful communication with existing drivers;
Good oral and written knowledge of English and Russian;
Very good computer literacy and work with various systems;
Responsibility, involvement and positive thinking.
More than 2 years of similar work experience in an international transportation company;
