We are one of the most modern packaging printers in the Baltic region – our everyday life revolves around cardboard packaging, but behind it lies much more: sustainable production, constant innovation and a strong, trust-based team. We are currently expanding and opening a new branch in Jonava, so we invite a HR manager to join us, who would help strengthen our team – ensure smooth HR processes, contribute to improving employee experience and strengthening company culture.

You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out the employee selection process and attracting suitable candidates.
  • Managing personnel documentation and data accounting in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Supporting personnel management processes and initiating their improvement (employee adaptation, performance evaluation, training, etc.).
  • Ensuring smooth internal communication and maintaining a positive work atmosphere based on trust and cooperation.
  • Providing personnel reports to the company's management.

We hope you:

  • You have similar work experience.
  • You have a higher education in human resources, psychology or management.
  • You have good oral and written English (B2).
  • You have experience working with business management systems (Navision, Dinamics 365 Business Central - an advantage).
  • You have good communication skills.
  • You are diligent, flexible and proactive.

We would consider knowledge of the recruitment process for foreigners an advantage.
