We are looking for a responsible, diligent and motivated HR Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, are organized and can effectively manage multiple tasks at once – this position is for you! 😊
WAITING FOR YOU:
- Organization of employee searches and selections (Production workers and Specialists);
- Preparation and administration of personnel documentation;
- Cooperation with external companies and institutions (UŽT, Migration Department, etc.)
- Constant communication with working personnel, solving emerging problems;
- Involvement in other personnel management initiatives.
WE HOPE YOU HAVE:
- Higher education (in the fields of Human Resources, Business Management, etc.);
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- Sociability, responsibility, openness, sense of teamwork;
- Category B driver's license.
