We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for employee search, personnel administration and smooth management of documents related to employment relations.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU IN THIS POSITION:
- Organize and conduct employee search and selection: actively search for candidates, organize interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Prepare and administer employment contracts, agreements, orders and other personnel documents.
- Manage and archive employee personnel files and company documentation.
- Administer working time accounting and prepare related reports.
- Administer the company's general e-mail and contribute to the introduction of new employees and other personnel initiatives.
SUCCESSFUL WORK REQUIRES:
- Experience in personnel administration and employee selection.
- Responsibility, orderliness and ability to independently organize one's work.
- Communicative skills and quick reaction to daily tasks.
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage.
