Work location: Rusonių g. 17A, Dovainonys, Kaišiadorys district municipality (near Rumšiškės).
Working hours: I-V 08.00-17.00.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active search and selection of production personnel (cold calls every day in Lithuanian and Russian, creation of job advertisements);
- Preparation of employment and training documents, creation of employee cards in Stekas and Navision programs;
- Accounting for working hours, coordination of vacation requests;
- Management of absences of production employees;
- Preparation of business trips, orders, authorizations, creation of certificates;
- Preparation of primary documents for accidents;
- Cooperation with external partners (employment services, prisons, vocational training centers, educational institutions);
- Ordering stationery;
- Contribution to the creation of the company's organizational culture (organization of events and holidays).
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Knowledge of Russian is a must.
- 2+ years of work experience in the field of personnel (in a manufacturing company is an advantage);
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment - ability to multitask;
- Carefulness in data entry;
- Sociability, initiative, responsibility;
- Driver's license.
