Nature of work
- Organization and implementation of personnel selections.
- Coordination of the recruitment and adaptation process of new employees.
- Administration of personnel documentation in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Consulting employees on personnel issues.
- Participation in the processes of employee motivation, assessment and training.
- Supervision of personnel data and preparation of reports.
- Cooperation with department heads in planning personnel needs.
We hope you
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management.
- You have a higher university education (in human resources management, management, psychology, law or another related field).
- You are well-versed in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the GDPR and other legal acts regulating personnel management.
- You have practical experience in independently administering personnel documentation.
- You are able to organize employee safety and health processes and ensure their compliance with legal requirements.
- You have good oral and written knowledge of English and Russian.
- You are excellent at working with a computer and using basic office programs.
- You are proactive, responsible, able to plan work, make decisions and effectively cooperate with employees at different levels.
