Nature of work
- Development and implementation of personnel strategy;
- Organization of employee active search and selection processes;
- Organization and continuous improvement of the induction process of new employees;
- Improving and changing personnel management processes, taking into account both market changes and the efficiency of the company's operations;
- Formation of personnel documentation policy;
- Administration of the document management system
- Strengthening and formation of the company's internal culture, employee involvement;
- Organization of employee engagement surveys;
- Analysis of personnel indicators, preparation of reports.
Employee requirements
- Experience in personnel manager (s) or specialist (s) positions, personnel selection;
- Organizational skills are required for working with employees;
- Experience with payroll processes and reward system maintenance and administration (would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of the English language (B1-B2 level);
- category B driver's license;
- Helpfulness, ability to establish and maintain contact with various people and to patiently and purposefully achieve long-term results;
- Ability to clearly formulate and express an opinion;
- Ability to make the necessary decisions independently;
- Good computer skills;
- Higher Education;
- Ability to promptly respond to changing situations and circumstances;
- Experience in forming teams;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Experience in the implementation of motivational reward systems and their administration;
- Experience in the implementation of performance evaluation systems;
- Very good communication and organizational skills, time planning skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to train employees and convey the necessary information.
