Organize and conduct driver selections in a transport company (Working with representatives of various nations);
Active search for new drivers;
Administration of driver documents, preparation of the employee for employment (No need to provide data to Sodra);
Migration issues;
Active communication with current and future company drivers (Providing and managing information on employment issues);
Cooperation with foreign employment agencies;
Labor market analysis and monitoring of trends;
Performing various tasks, contributing to the implementation of the company's goals.

Experience in the field of personnel selection, working with the employment of third-country nationals:
Good knowledge of Russian and English, ability to communicate fluently both in writing and orally;
Teamwork skills;
Ability to prioritize, plan work;
Attention and independence in achieving set goals;
Computer literacy;
MOTIVATION to achieve good results:
Driver's license.
