HR Manager

Full coordination of the personnel administration process:
Administration of employee recruitment, dismissal, transfer and other changes in employment relationships, ensuring compliance with applicable legal acts.
Preparation, updating and administration of employment contracts, orders, job regulations and other documents related to employment relationships.
Organization and control of working time accounting: coordination of work schedules, maintenance of working time accounting sheets, administration of disciplinary violations.
Preparation, updating of internal procedures and personnel processes and supervision of their implementation.
Remuneration administration: processing of salary data, preparation and control of related documents.
Analysis of personnel data and preparation of various personnel-related reports and submission to interested parties.
Ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality and compliance of personnel data with the GDPR and other legal acts.
Consulting managers and employees on labor law, internal procedures, remuneration and other personnel administration issues.

At least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of personnel administration (a great advantage in the medical field).
Good knowledge of labor law and the ability to apply it in practice.
Experience in preparing employment contracts, orders and other documents related to employment relations. (Mandatory).
Knowledge of working time accounting processes and practical experience in administering them.
Ability to work with personnel data, ensuring their accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with the GDPR.
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
Analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility and the ability to work with confidential information.
Good communication and cooperation skills, the ability to consult managers and employees.
