Nature of work
- Working in a team in implementing driver selection and recruitment projects;
- Administration of HR projects and implementation of daily processes according to established directions;
- Collaboration with the team on driver recruitment issues;
- Administration of candidate and driver communication;
- Administration of driver documents and related information;
- Assistance in administering migration processes and documentation;
- Maintenance of administration systems and data entry;
- Ensuring smooth execution of processes in cooperation with the HR team.
Employee requirements
- Have experience in personnel selection (experience in driver selection is a big advantage);
- You communicate well in Russian (required) and/or English;
- You are proactive, organized and responsible;
- You enjoy communicating with people and are able to create a positive experience for candidates and employees;
- You are able to maintain order in processes and administrative information.
