What will you do in this role?
One person can change a team. One team can change a business.
Join the "Sanitex" HR department and contribute to the growth of people, teams and business.
· You will contribute to the PROMO Cash&Carry selection process - from clarifying the need to the candidate joining the team.
· You will communicate with candidates and managers, assess competencies and help make hiring decisions.
· You will be involved in the introduction of new employees and their first steps in the organization.
· You will contribute to employees' careers and internal movements in the organization.
· You will analyze labor market trends, candidate flows and personnel indicators to help make better decisions.
· You will consult managers on personnel issues and be their partner in daily decisions.
· You will participate in other HR department processes - from selections to administrative and organizational tasks.

· Technical skills. Where they are able to work with data, especially Excel and information, so that decisions are based on logic, not intuition.
· Attitude. Where not only a diploma is important, but also a constant desire to learn, grow and deepen HR understanding.
· Mobility. Where a category B driver's license allows you to move freely when work requires it.
