Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive HR manager to join our team and ensure smooth administration of personnel processes and compliance with labor law requirements in the company.
- Preparation and administration of personnel employment and dismissal documents;
- Preparation of business trip orders;
- Preparation, updating and maintenance of job descriptions, internal company procedures, rules and procedures;
- Cooperation with a company providing occupational safety services, coordination of occupational safety processes and organization of familiarization of employees with occupational safety requirements;
- Consulting on personnel issues for managers and employees;
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements in the company.
We expect you to:
- You have experience in personnel administration or personnel management;
- You are well-versed in the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply it in practice;
- You have experience in preparing and administering personnel documents;
- You are able to effectively cooperate with state institutions and external partners;
- You are able to communicate in English;
- You are responsible, diligent, proactive and able to independently plan your work;
- You are excellent at using a computer and office programs.
