The growing Gemma Group of Companies is looking for a Human Resources Manager!
The Gemma group of private long-term care homes is creating a modern, caring care culture in Lithuania. Our group company, Gemma Marių namai, is looking for a HR manager who has experience in personnel administration or selection. You will find diverse work with people, a caring team, and a clear opportunity to grow professionally while working in the context of all group companies.
What are you going to do:
You will administer personnel documents and take care of the orderly accounting of personnel data in the personnel management system.
You will organize the search and selection of employees - from the advertisement to the offer to the candidate.
You will coordinate the recruitment and adaptation process of new employees so that the first weeks of work are smooth.
You will consult employees on personnel issues and help resolve daily issues related to employment relations.
You will contribute to the coordination of internship programs.
You will participate in HR projects across the entire Gemma group of companies.

What do we expect from you:
Higher or higher education (education in business administration, human resources management or law is an advantage).
At least 1 year of work experience in the field of personnel management.
Good skills in MS Excel, Word and other MS Office programs.
Diligence, responsibility and ability to coordinate several processes at the same time.
Ability to work in a team and communicate with different people.
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (English and/or Russian is an advantage).
