Nature of work
- Administer personnel documentation: prepare employment contracts, their amendments and termination documents, formalize vacations, manage employees' personal files, data in the personnel management system and submit timely reports to Sodra.
- Coordinate the working time accounting process, ensure its compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, consult managers on issues of filling out work schedules and working time accounting sheets, cooperate with accounting.
- Organize the search and selection of employees, coordinate their employment, induction, adaptation and exit from the organization.
- Consult managers and employees on labor law and other personnel issues, prepare and update job descriptions, valid personnel orders, procedures and other internal documents.
- Prepare personnel reports, administer information about employee training and contribute to the implementation of personnel projects.
- Contribute to internal communication, employee events, organizational culture and employer image strengthening initiatives.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in personnel management, business administration, law or another related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel administration or personnel management.
- Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating employment relations and practical application experience.
- Knowledge of personnel documents and working time accounting processes.
- Experience working with personnel management systems; experience working with the BSS system would be an advantage.
- Good planning and organizational skills, attentiveness, initiative and result orientation.
- Ability to make decisions independently, cooperate and ensure the protection of confidential information.
