While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- Working together with department heads to accurately understand their needs and find the most suitable candidates;
- Organizing and implementing the employee search and selection process;
- Applying various assessment methods (tests, homework), providing feedback and searching for the best position for the candidate;
- Administering personnel documents (concluding, changing, terminating employment contracts, vacation administration, etc. BSS IT program);
- Coordinating and improving the process of introducing and adapting new team members;
- Partnering with colleagues in the company's departments, ensuring the functionality of HR processes and the balance of people's well-being and productivity;
- Consulting managers and employees on personnel documents and the Lithuanian Labor Code;
- Developing and coordinating various projects, contributing to the implementation of the organization's strategic goals and people's well-being.
We believe that you would do best in this position if:
- Have at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of personnel selection and search (in a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Have a higher education in human resources, social sciences (or another field that is actually applicable to this work);
- Are able to create processes, implement projects, combine different needs and find solutions in various situations;
- Want and can take care of colleagues, are ready to contribute to various organizational activities, the creation of internal culture and the implementation of other projects;
- Have good knowledge of the labor law of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply it in practice;
- Are positive, responsible, independent, organized and result-oriented.
