- Organization of new employee search and selection processes
- Organization of hiring and firing processes and coordination of new employee adaptation
- Preparation and administration of personnel documentation
- Constant communication with employees and resolution of emerging problems
- Involvement in the preparation and implementation of personnel management initiatives
Employee requirements
- 1 year of experience as a HR manager
- Knowledge of HR documents and labor law
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Experience in recruiting foreigners would be considered an advantage
