Your responsibilities:

We will consider it a great advantage if you have experience in the field of personnel administration, have worked in a manufacturing company or have already worked with BSS and/or Vecticum systems.

- Coordinate and administer the employment processes of production employees;
- Prepare and administer personnel documents: employee recruitment and dismissal, vacations, business trips and other documents related to employment relations;
- Administer employee work schedules and time sheets;
- Work with personnel and document management systems BSS and Vecticum;
- Prepare and provide necessary information to "Sodra", the Employment Service and other institutions;
- Consult employees and managers on daily personnel administration issues;
- Cooperate closely with production managers and other company departments;
- Contribute to other personnel administration and smooth factory operations.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a higher education in management, personnel management, law or another related field;
- You know the basic principles of labor law and personnel administration processes;
- You can communicate in at least one foreign language – English or Russian;
- You work well with a computer and quickly understand new systems;
- You have a driver's license;
- You are organized, responsible and able to independently plan your work and priorities;
- You are able to quickly react to everyday situations and find practical solutions;
- You like to collaborate, communicate with different people and do not get lost in a dynamic environment.
