What will be your responsibilities?
- Coordinate the employment and migration processes of third-country nationals: take care of obtaining and extending visas, temporary residence and work permits, document preparation and process flow from start to finish.
- Prepare, submit and administer documents to the Migration Department, Sodra and other state institutions, ensuring their accuracy and timely submission.
- Consult candidates and employees on employment, migration, document management and arrival at work issues.
- Administer and update data in MIGRIS, Sodra and internal recruitment systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor the deadlines of migration and recruitment processes, coordinate the necessary actions and ensure their smooth implementation.
- Cooperate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient employee recruitment.
What do you need for successful work?
- Know Russian and English.
- Good skills in working with MS Excel and MS Word programs.
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, organize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to independently solve problems and effectively manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience in administering recruitment, migration or related processes (would be an advantage).
