Calculation of wages;
Administration of personnel documentation (recruitment, dismissal of employees, preparation of certificates, orders, etc.);
Filling in working time accounting sheets;
Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and cooperation with the company responsible for safe work;
Constant communication with employees on personnel management issues;
Work with the accounting program Rivilė.

Employee requirements
Higher education;
Similar work experience (in the fields of administration, personnel management, accounting) is an advantage;
English/Russian language proficiency is an advantage;
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
Ability to communicate fluently both in writing and orally;
Ability to prioritize and plan work;
Attentiveness and independence in achieving set goals;
Computer literacy.
