Nature of work
- preparation of employee hiring, dismissal, vacation, occupational safety and other personnel documents;
- drawing up work schedules;
- filling in and controlling timesheets;
- preparation of various reports;
- active participation in organizing company events and fostering organizational culture.
Employee requirements
- you have similar work experience (experience in applying the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania in practice is an advantage);
- you know how to work with personnel and working time accounting programs (knowledge of the Vikarina program is a great advantage);
- you have excellent command of the Lithuanian language, knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
- you are responsible, diligent, have excellent communication skills, and know how to work in a team.
