Personnel Manager UAB "Baltic fish export"

Preparation, administration and archiving of personnel documents: employment contracts, orders, personal files, requests, consents, etc.;

Administration and management of personnel data in the BONUS system;

Preparation and administration of company activity documents: orders, sent and received documents and other documentation;

Administration of the employment process of foreigners;

Submission of documents and data in the "Sodra" system;

Participation in the selection process of production and warehouse employees;

Coordination of the adaptation process of production and warehouse employees, provision of necessary information, tools and assistance;

Organization and ensuring smooth office work: receiving guests, ordering office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc.;

Participation in generating ideas and organizing company events, celebrations and other team activities.

Higher or higher education in the fields of personnel, psychology, administration
Knowledge of document preparation, labor code, archiving requirements
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
Diligence, responsibility, positivity
Similar work experience as an advantage
Knowledge of Russian, English as an advantage
