Primary responsibilities
Administration of employee hiring and firing processes
Preparation and administration of employment contracts, agreements, orders and other personnel documents
Administration of working time accounting, timesheets and work schedules
Accounting of vacations, business trips, incapacity for work and other absences
Cooperation with accounting on payroll accounting issues
Administration of initial employee selection
Providing information to employees on personnel issues
Assistance in implementing personnel projects and initiatives

Employee requirements
Higher or higher education (personnel management - an advantage)
Experience in personnel administration or similar work
Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Latvia and other legal acts regulating labor relations
Ability to work with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of English and Russian languages (an advantage)
Attentiveness, diligence, ability to work systematically with data and information
