We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in personnel management
- Knows the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and is able to apply its provisions in practice
- Speaks English and Russian
- Works well with a computer and quickly understands new programs
- Is able to analyze information and express thoughts clearly, fluently and logically both orally and in writing
- Is diligent, patient, has high emotional competence, organization, efficiency and result orientation
We will trust you:
- Ensure smooth management of personnel processes: employee recruitment, vacation administration, business trip accounting, termination processes and preparation of documents for foreign citizens for migration and Employment Service procedures
- Administer and prepare documents related to employment relations and process data in the personnel management system ALNA
- Prepare work regulations, procedures, rules and procedures and ensure their relevance
- Prepare and submit reports related to employment relations and personnel indicators
- Develop and maintain partnership relations with department heads, consult them on personnel management issues
