What awaits you in the position?
- Organize and implement a complete personnel selection process in foreign markets (from needs analysis to employee recruitment);
- Participate in meetings with board members to clarify hiring needs;
- Prepare and administer employment documents, supplements and other documents;
- Participate in personnel processes - adaptation, performance evaluation, etc.;
- Cooperate with foreign selection agencies, intermediaries, state institutions and other partners.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in working with highly qualified personnel selections in foreign markets;
- Knowledge and ability to apply the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills;
- Ability to work with MS Office software package;
- Very good knowledge of English (selections are conducted in English).
