Planning of employee needs, attraction and selection of employees;
Personnel training needs research, organization of education;
Management of the company's applied remuneration and motivational system;
Preparation and administration of personnel documents (conclusion, termination of employment contracts, vacation administration, preparation of certificates, etc.);
Preparation of internal procedures and documents of the company (orders, letters, etc.);
Employee summary accounting of working hours;
Supervision of employee safety issues;
Organization of events;
Active participation in the implementation and improvement of various personnel processes.

Employee requirements
- Higher education.
- Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills.
- At least 1 year of similar work experience.
- Document preparation skills, excellent knowledge of clerical rules.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly and independently solve emerging problems, critically evaluate incoming information, manage conflict situations.
- Ability to plan time and prioritize.
- Diligence, attentiveness, responsibility, logical thinking, quick reaction.
