We invite you to join the Azia Spa team in the position of personnel coordination and manager assistance. We are looking for an energetic, positive and organized person who enjoys communicating with people, dynamic everyday life and the desire to contribute to creating a cozy atmosphere in our SPA centers.
- Organizing employee selections and communicating with candidates;
- Training new employees to work with SPA clients;
- Introducing the company's services, products and internal work procedures;
- Helping employees adapt and ensuring high quality customer service;
- Coordination of work schedules, vacations and personnel information;
- Managing daily administrative and organizational tasks;
- Checking daily reports and controlling daily activities;
- Responding to customer requests, resolving situations and managing complaints;
- Ensuring smooth daily activities of SPA centers;
- Assisting the manager in coordinating processes and organizational issues;
- Maintaining order, quality and smooth communication.
Employee requirements
- Responsibility, organization and honesty;
- Experience in working with personnel, training;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English;
- Ability to work with a computer and quickly navigate information;
- Ability to plan time and manage several tasks at once;
- Positive attitude and desire to improve;
- Loyalty and understanding of confidentiality;
- Ability to work full-time.
