About us:
We are WP Solutions, a rapidly growing company established in 2023, working on the employment of foreign citizens and handling all necessary documents. We are currently looking for a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join our team.
Nature of work:
- Coordination of the employment process and receipt of documents for third-country nationals;
- Monitoring/ordering document validity;
- Communication and consulting on employment issues;
- Working with the database, entering and checking the necessary information;
- Solving emerging problems;
- Providing suggestions to management on improving processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English and Russian, both written and spoken (from B2 level);
- Ability to manage documentation;
- Critical thinking;
- Attention to detail.
