About us:
We are WP Solutions, a rapidly growing company established in 2023, working on the employment of foreign citizens and handling all necessary documents. We are currently looking for a PERSONNEL MANAGER to join our team.
Nature of work:
- Preparation, administration and coordination of personnel documents of employees from third countries;
- Cooperation with the Migration Department and other state institutions, preparation and submission of necessary documents;
- Resolution of emerging issues and problematic situations, ensuring smooth implementation of processes;
- Effective communication and coordination of information between different departments of the company;
- Submission of proposals for process improvement and efficiency to management;
- Consulting drivers on personnel documents, migration and other issues related to the work process.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English and Russian, both written and spoken (from B2 level);
- Ability to manage documentation;
- Critical thinking;
- Attention to detail.
