We are inviting a Human Resources Manager to join the team.
You will be responsible for:
- Search and selection of production employees (advertisements, CV databases, "cold" calls);
- Conducting interviews with candidates (by phone and in person);
- Assessing candidates according to their competencies and suitability for the nature of the job;
- Collaborating with project managers;
- Regular involvement in projects in order to better understand the specifics of the work;
- Smooth coordination of the recruitment process;
- Communication with external partners (Employment Service, etc.);
- Contribution to strengthening the employer's image;
- Improving the selection process in a growing company;
- Participating in internal HR processes and initiatives.
In our team you will need:
- Ability to communicate with different people;
- Organization and ability to manage several selections at the same time;
- Initiative and desire to find solutions;
- Curiosity – desire to understand the specifics of electrical work;
- Experience in the field of personnel selections (an advantage).
Knowledge of Russian and English is required.
