Nature of work
- Administration of the company's human resources (search for new employees, selection, employment, dismissal, etc.);
- Preparation and administration of personnel documents (conclusion, termination of employment contracts, administration of business trips and vacations);
- Preparation of internal procedures and documents of the company (orders, letters, certificates, etc.);
- Development and implementation of the company's human resources policy and procedures;
- Consulting managers on personnel administration issues;
- Organization of internal company events.
Employee requirements
- Education in human resources, administration, psychology or similar field – an advantage;
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources;
- Knowledge of the basics of Lithuanian labor law;
- Computer literacy skills (MS Office programs);
- Communication skills, diligence, responsibility, initiative;
- Work time planning, organizational and cooperation skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian. Knowledge of English and German – an advantage.
