A leading textile rental and hygiene solutions company is looking for a HR Manager to contribute to the selection and administration processes of production personnel. This is an independent position that provides an opportunity not only to actively contribute to the growth of the team, but also to work in an international organization, adopting good practices and collaborating with colleagues from other countries.
A leading textile rental and hygiene solutions company is looking for a HR Manager to contribute to the selection and administration processes of production personnel. This is an independent position that provides an opportunity not only to actively contribute to the growth of the team, but also to work in an international organization, adopting good practices and collaborating with colleagues from other countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the selection of unqualified employees.
- You will prepare and administer personnel documents: recruitment, dismissal, changes, health checks, hygiene passports, etc.
- You will prepare internal and group reports on employees, turnover, incapacity for work and other personnel indicators.
- You will support and improve employee onboarding, communication and engagement processes.
- You will cooperate with managers and group companies in resolving personnel issues and ensuring smooth processes.

- Salary 2800 – 4200 EUR gross, depending on experience and competencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in personnel administration or personnel selection while working with production, logistics, services, warehouse or other blue collar teams.
- Knowledge of the basics of labor law and ability to apply them in practice (or willingness to learn).
- Knowledge of English for everyday communication (B1 level is sufficient).
- Independence, initiative and ability to quickly orientate in a dynamic environment.
